Bupati Zukri Buka Sosialisasi Pengadministrasian dan Pendaftaran Tanah Ulayat di Pelalawan

PELALAWAN,INDOVIZKA.COM-Bupati Pelalawan H. Zukri, S.M., M.M secara resmi membuka kegiatan Sosialisasi Pengadministrasian dan Pendaftaran Tanah Ulayat Provinsi Riau yang dilaksanakan oleh Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN), bertempat di Ruang Auditorium Lantai III Kantor Bupati Pelalawan, Selasa (28/4/2026).

Dalam sambutannya, Bupati Zukri menyampaikan apresiasi dan terima kasih kepada Kementerian ATR/BPN atas terselenggaranya kegiatan tersebut di Kabupaten Pelalawan. Bupati berharap kegiatan ini dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif kepada para camat, kepala desa, batin, serta pemangku adat terkait tata cara pengadministrasian dan pendaftaran tanah ulayat.

“Kami berharap melalui kegiatan ini, seluruh pemangku kepentingan dapat memahami apa yang harus dilakukan agar tanah ulayat di Pelalawan dapat diwariskan secara turun-temurun sekaligus memiliki legalitas resmi dari pemerintah.” ujar Bupati.

Bupati juga menekankan pentingnya penertiban administrasi pertanahan sebagai salah satu upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

"Dengan kepastian hukum terhadap tanah ulayat, masyarakat adat akan memiliki perlindungan dan peluang lebih besar dalam memanfaatkan potensi yang ada." Jelasnya.

Bupati Zukri juga mengajak seluruh datuk, batin, dan pemangku adat untuk memanfaatkan forum tersebut sebagai ruang diskusi dalam menyampaikan berbagai persoalan pertanahan yang dihadapi, serta mencari solusi bersama dengan pihak Kementerian ATR/BPN.

“Keberadaan kita di sini bukan hanya untuk kepentingan hari ini, tetapi untuk masa depan anak kemenakan kita, agar tanah ulayat tetap terjaga dan mampu memberikan kesejahteraan yang lebih baik.” tutupnya.

Sementara itu, Staf Khusus Kementerian ATR/BPN Rezka Oktoberia dalam sambutannya menegaskan bahwa kehadiran pemerintah pusat merupakan bentuk komitmen negara dalam menjaga dan mengakui keberadaan tanah ulayat masyarakat adat.

Rezka menyampaikan bahwa Provinsi Riau menjadi salah satu dari delapan provinsi yang menjadi target program pengadministrasian dan pendaftaran tanah ulayat pada tahun 2026, dengan Kabupaten Pelalawan sebagai salah satu lokasi prioritas.

“Perlu kami tegaskan, tidak ada niat negara untuk mengambil alih tanah ulayat. Justru sebaliknya, pendaftaran ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengakuan dan perlindungan hukum kepada masyarakat adat.” jelasnya.

Rezka juga menambahkan bahwa pendaftaran tanah ulayat merupakan hak, bukan kewajiban. Oleh karena itu, ia mengimbau para datuk dan batin untuk aktif bertanya dan berdiskusi dengan narasumber guna memahami persyaratan dan mekanisme yang berlaku.

Satresnarkoba Polres Pelalawan Ringkus Pemilik Sabu di Pangkalan Kerinci

PELALAWAN,INDOVIZKA.COM-Upaya pemberantasan narkotika terus digencarkan Satresnarkoba Polres Pelalawan. Seorang pria berinisial M.R. FF berhasil diamankan aparat kepolisian karena diduga terlibat dalam penyalahgunaan narkotika jenis sabu di wilayah Terusan Baru, Kelurahan Pangkalan Kerinci Barat, Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci.

Tersangka ditangkap Tim Opsnal Satresnarkoba Polres Pelalawan pada Selasa (28/4/2026) sekitar pukul 02.00 WIB, setelah polisi menerima laporan masyarakat terkait adanya dugaan transaksi narkotika di kawasan tersebut.

Kasat Resnarkoba Polres Pelalawan, Iptu Haryanto Alex Sinaga, menjelaskan bahwa pengungkapan kasus tersebut berawal dari informasi warga yang menyebut lokasi itu kerap dijadikan tempat transaksi narkoba.

“Menindaklanjuti informasi tersebut, tim langsung melakukan penyelidikan. Setelah data dinilai akurat, petugas bergerak ke lokasi dan mendapati tersangka sedang berada di atas sepeda motor di samping Kantor Golkar,” jelas Iptu Haryanto Alex Sinaga.

Saat dilakukan penggeledahan, polisi menemukan satu paket kecil diduga sabu yang berada di tangan tersangka. Petugas kemudian melakukan pengembangan dengan menggeledah rumah tersangka.

Dari rumah pelaku, polisi kembali menemukan alat yang diduga digunakan untuk aktivitas peredaran narkotika berupa satu unit timbangan digital serta dua bal plastik bening klip merah.

“Tersangka mengakui barang tersebut miliknya. Dari hasil pemeriksaan awal, sabu itu diperoleh dari seseorang berinisial RM yang kini masih dalam penyelidikan,” tambahnya.

Selain sabu seberat kotor 0,23 gram, polisi turut mengamankan satu unit handphone Android merek Infinix dan satu unit sepeda motor Honda Scoopy warna putih tanpa nomor polisi.

Iptu Haryanto menegaskan pihaknya akan terus melakukan pengembangan guna mengungkap jaringan pemasok narkotika tersebut.

“Kami tidak akan berhenti sampai di sini. Pengembangan terus dilakukan untuk memburu pemasok dan memutus mata rantai peredaran narkoba di Pelalawan,” tegasnya.

Saat ini tersangka berikut barang bukti telah diamankan di Polres Pelalawan guna proses penyidikan lebih lanjut.

Hari Keenam, Rangka Besi Jembatan Presisi di Pangkalan Terap Mulai Terpasang

PELALAWAN,INDOVIZKA.COM-Pembangunan Jembatan Presisi Tahap II di Desa Pangkalan Terap, Kecamatan Teluk Meranti, terus menunjukkan progres positif. Memasuki hari keenam pengerjaan, Senin (27/4/2026), personel Polri bersama warga mulai melakukan pemasangan rangka besi jembatan penghubung Desa Pangkalan Terap menuju Desa Kuala Panduk.

Pekerjaan dilaksanakan di Jembatan RT 06/RW 03 Dusun III Desa Pangkalan Terap. Meski sempat diguyur hujan pada sore hari, proses pembangunan tetap berjalan dengan maksimal.

Dalam pengerjaan hari keenam ini, tim terdiri dari satu personel Polsek Teluk Meranti, tiga teknisi, serta empat warga setempat. Kolaborasi tersebut dinilai menjadi kekuatan utama dalam mempercepat pembangunan infrastruktur yang sangat dibutuhkan masyarakat.

Fokus pekerjaan hari ini meliputi pemasangan besi rangka utama jembatan serta pembersihan area sekitar lokasi pembangunan. Sejumlah peralatan pendukung seperti mesin genset, mesin las, pemotong besi, dan gerinda digunakan untuk menunjang proses pengerjaan.

Secara bertahap, struktur utama jembatan mulai terlihat terbentuk. Hingga pukul 15.00 WIB, progres pembangunan Jembatan Presisi Tahap II tercatat telah mencapai 18 persen.

Jembatan dengan panjang 10 meter dan lebar 4 meter tersebut nantinya akan menjadi akses vital penghubung dua desa, yakni Desa Pangkalan Terap dan Desa Kuala Panduk. Kehadiran jembatan diharapkan mampu memperlancar mobilitas masyarakat, baik untuk aktivitas ekonomi, pendidikan, maupun pelayanan kesehatan.

Program pembangunan ini merupakan bagian dari implementasi Program Presisi Polri yang menitikberatkan pada kehadiran nyata institusi kepolisian dalam menjawab kebutuhan masyarakat, termasuk di sektor infrastruktur pedesaan.

Kapolres Pelalawan John Louis Letedara menegaskan bahwa pengerjaan jembatan akan terus diawasi agar selesai tepat waktu dan memiliki kualitas konstruksi yang aman digunakan masyarakat.

Here, they discover how this unique project is not only putting money in local people's pockets but also contributing to the area's sustainable development.

Located in the windswept plains of the Talatan Gobi Desert, columns of solar panels stretch as far as the eye can see. But, look a little closer, and you will see thousands of sheep roaming and grazing freely amongst the metallic pillars and photovoltaic panels.

As with all great ideas, this one was born out of necessity. Desertification was threatening the livelihoods of local herdsmen as they were continuously forced to supplement their livestock's feed amid declining fertile pastures. Cao Jun, an engineer at the Hainan Branch of Huanghe Corporation, explains that local herdsmen are granted free access to the site, with their sheep able to graze on the fresh grass sprouting up beneath the solar columns.

This vast solar jungle boasts a power generation capacity of 8,430 megawatts. Meanwhile, the water runoff from cleaning the panels creates fertile land for grass to grow and the sheep to graze naturally once again. This project ensures regular income for the herders and an abundance of food for their flock, all the while delivering clean energy to the nation's energy grid.

Dimitri De Boer, Chief Representative for China at ClientEarth, believes this system is "perfect" as it sustains local livelihoods while also improving the area's land quality. "There is no trade-off. It's win-win for everybody," he said.

Though the solar plant in Qinghai is monumental in scale, it is just one small example of the many innovative ways China is utilizing technology to advance economic development while protecting and caring for the environment.

"In China, you're seeing how high-quality economic growth is firmly intertwined with sustainability," De Boer added. “It's tremendous to see how technological innovation and economic growth, and also sustainability, can really go hand in hand.”

Green development is a key part of the Chinese path to modernization. According to the 15th Five-Year Plan, China will advance the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality by coordinating actions to cut carbon emissions, reduce pollution, expand green capacity and promote growth.

Sejak kehilangan ibunda tercinta, hidup mengajarkannya arti berdiri dengan kekuatan sendiri—meski tak benar-benar sendiri. Di hatinya, selalu ada keyakinan bahwa doa seorang ibu tak pernah benar-benar pergi.

Langkahnya tidak langsung menuju gemerlap panggung. Ia bermula dari ruang-ruang sederhana—kelas, latihan, dan cermin tempat ia belajar mengenal diri. Kini, sebagai mahasiswi Universitas Islam Riau jurusan Pendidikan Seni Pertunjukan (Tari), Wahyu menjadikan tubuhnya sebagai bahasa, dan gerak sebagai cerita.

Di dunia pageant, ia memulai tanpa sorotan. Tahun 2022, ia memberanikan diri tampil di Z Face Zetizen Riau. Tak ada ekspektasi besar—hanya keberanian untuk mencoba. Namun dari sanalah, ia mulai mengenal panggung, mengenal sorot lampu, dan mengenal dirinya sendiri.

Setahun kemudian, Wahyu melangkah lebih jauh. Di ajang Pemilihan Bujang Dara Pelalawan 2023, ia tak hanya hadir sebagai peserta. Ia datang dengan tekad. Hasilnya, ia berdiri di jajaran TOP 5 dan menyandang gelar 5th Place Dara Pelalawan 2023.

Sebuah pencapaian yang bukan sekadar angka, tetapi bukti bahwa proses tak pernah mengkhianati usaha.
Namun perjalanan sejatinya baru dimulai tahun ini.

Di tahun 2026, Wahyu menapaki panggung yang lebih luas,Duta Pariwisata Riau. Ia lolos melalui jalur umum, melewati seleksi demi seleksi, hingga akhirnya namanya diumumkan sebagai finalis yang mewakili Kabupaten Pelalawan.

Di satu malam yang penuh cahaya,ajang Launching Minat Bakat ,Wahyu tidak hanya tampil. Ia bercerita. Melalui syair yang mengalun lembut, lagu Melayu yang menggetarkan rasa, dan tarian yang menghidupkan ruang, ia menjelma menjadi representasi budaya itu sendiri. Malam itu, ia tidak sekadar bersinar,ia dikenang, dengan torehan TOP 3 Penampilan Minat Bakat Terbaik.

Baginya, panggung bukan tempat untuk sekadar dilihat. Panggung adalah ruang untuk menyampaikan sesuatu yang lebih dalam.

“Orang sering mengenal Riau dari istana atau Bono. Tapi saya ingin mereka juga mengenal rasa—dari syair, dari lagu, dari tarian yang kami hidupkan,” ucapnya suatu ketika, dengan nada tenang namun penuh makna.

Wahyu memahami, menjadi Duta Pariwisata bukan tentang selempang atau mahkota. Ini tentang membawa cerita—tentang tanah, tentang budaya, tentang identitas yang perlahan mulai terlupakan jika tak ada yang menjaganya.

Kini, langkahnya semakin dekat ke garis akhir—Grand Final Duta Pariwisata Riau 2026 yang akan digelar akhir Mei nanti. Tapi bagi Wahyu, ini bukan akhir. Ini adalah pintu.

Pintu untuk memperkenalkan Pelalawan lebih luas. Pintu untuk menghidupkan kembali budaya lewat generasi muda. Dan pintu untuk membuktikan bahwa mimpi, bahkan yang lahir dari kesederhanaan Batu Bersurat, bisa tumbuh setinggi panggung provinsi.

Di balik gemerlap itu, Wahyu tetaplah gadis yang sama,yang pernah belajar menari di ruang sederhana, yang pernah merindukan pelukan ibunya, dan yang kini memilih untuk menjadikan setiap langkah sebagai makna.
Karena pada akhirnya, kisah seperti Wahyu bukan hanya tentang kemenangan.

HMI MPO MADINA Tolak Musda Ulang: Pokus Dorong Pemekaran BADKO Sumut-Aceh

MEDAN,INDOVIZKA.COM-Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam Majelis Penyelamat Organisasi (HMI MPO) Cabang Mandailing Natal (MADINA) menolak pelaksanaan Musyawarah Daerah (Musda) ulang HMI BADKO Sumatera Bagian Tengah dan Tenggara (Sumbagtera) yang belakangan menjadi polemik di internal organisasi.

Ketua Umum HMI MPO Cabang Mandailing Natal, Ahmad Ripai Nasution, menilai dorongan pelaksanaan Musda ulang justru merupakan langkah mundur yang berpotensi memperpanjang konflik serta melemahkan soliditas kader di tingkat cabang.

Menurutnya, keputusan pembatalan Musda tanpa dasar konstitusional yang jelas mencerminkan ketidakpastian organisasi yang dapat mencederai nilai musyawarah, independensi, dan demokrasi yang selama ini menjadi fondasi perjuangan HMI MPO.

“Musda ulang bukanlah solusi. Yang dibutuhkan hari ini adalah kepastian sikap organisasi yang berpijak pada konstitusi, bukan keputusan sepihak yang justru menimbulkan kegaduhan baru. HMI harus kembali pada marwah perjuangannya,” tegas Ahmad Ripai Nasution.

Ia menegaskan, PB HMI MPO seharusnya tidak lagi terjebak dalam polemik internal yang berkepanjangan, melainkan segera memusatkan perhatian pada agenda strategis yang jauh lebih penting, yakni pembentukan dan pemekaran HMI BADKO SUMUT–Aceh.

Menurut Ahmad Ripai, pemekaran BADKO Sumut-Aceh merupakan kebutuhan mendesak mengingat luasnya wilayah koordinasi serta dinamika kaderisasi yang membutuhkan perhatian serius dan sistem organisasi yang lebih efektif.

Ia menilai, langkah tersebut menjadi solusi konkret untuk memperkuat konsolidasi antar cabang, mempercepat proses kaderisasi, serta memperluas ruang perjuangan organisasi di wilayah Sumatera Utara dan Aceh.

Lebih lanjut, ia menambahkan bahwa terlalu besarnya energi yang dihabiskan untuk polemik Musda ulang justru menunjukkan adanya krisis prioritas di tubuh PB HMI MPO. Jika kondisi ini terus dibiarkan, maka yang terancam bukan hanya stabilitas organisasi, tetapi juga kepercayaan kader terhadap kepemimpinan pengurus besar.

“Jangan sampai PB HMI MPO lebih sibuk mengurus konflik elite daripada membangun masa depan organisasi. Kader membutuhkan kepastian arah, bukan drama kekuasaan yang terus berulang,” lanjutnya.

Ahmad Ripai juga menegaskan bahwa setiap cabang memiliki hak moral dan organisatoris untuk menyampaikan sikap terhadap kebijakan PB, terutama jika keputusan tersebut dinilai bertentangan dengan semangat konstitusi organisasi.

Sebagai bentuk komitmen, HMI MPO Cabang Mandailing Natal menyatakan akan terus mengawal agenda pemekaran HMI BADKO Sumut-Aceh dan menolak segala bentuk kebijakan yang dinilai tidak berpihak pada penguatan organisasi.

Polres Pelalawan Gagalkan Penyelundupan 3 Kubik Kayu Ilegal di Lintas Bono

PELALAWAN,INDOVIZKA.COM-Tim Unit Tindak Pidana Tertentu (Tipidter) Satreskrim Polres Pelalawan berhasil menggagalkan upaya penyelundupan kayu ilegal di Jalan Lintas Bono, Desa Kuala Panduk, Kecamatan Teluk Meranti, Minggu (26/4/2026) malam.

Dalam penindakan tersebut, polisi mengamankan seorang pria berinisial IS (28), warga Kecamatan Teluk Meranti, yang berprofesi sebagai petani. Ia ditangkap saat mengangkut sebanyak 75 lembar kayu olahan tanpa dokumen sah atau setara sekitar 3 meter kubik menggunakan satu unit mobil Suzuki Carry warna putih.

Kapolres Pelalawan AKBP John Louis Letedara, S.I.K melalui Kasi Humas AKP Thomas Bernandes, S.Sos menegaskan bahwa pihaknya tidak akan memberi ruang bagi pelaku kejahatan kehutanan di wilayah hukumnya.

“Lintas Bono bukan jalur aman untuk kayu ilegal. Negara tidak boleh dirugikan oleh oknum yang menebang dan memperjualbelikan hasil hutan tanpa dokumen resmi,” tegasnya.Senin(27/4/2026)

Penangkapan bermula dari patroli rutin yang dilakukan Tim Tipidter Satreskrim Polres Pelalawan. Saat melintas di lokasi kejadian sekitar pukul 22.54 WIB, petugas mencurigai satu unit mobil Suzuki Carry BM 8441 CK yang tampak mengangkut muatan kayu.

Setelah dilakukan penghentian dan pemeriksaan, petugas menemukan puluhan lembar kayu tanpa dilengkapi dokumen sah hasil hutan. Sopir kendaraan, IS, langsung diamankan bersama barang bukti.

Dari hasil interogasi awal, diketahui kayu tersebut berasal dari wilayah Kecamatan Teluk Meranti dan diperoleh dari seseorang yang kini masih dalam pengejaran pihak kepolisian.

Tersangka juga mengaku rencananya kayu tersebut akan dipasarkan ke sejumlah daerah, yakni sekitar 1 kubik ke Desa Bunut dan 2 kubik lainnya ke wilayah Sorek, Kecamatan Pangkalan Kuras.

Saat ini, pelaku beserta barang bukti berupa satu unit mobil Suzuki Carry dan 75 lembar kayu ilegal telah diamankan di Mapolres Pelalawan guna proses penyidikan lebih lanjut.

Atas perbuatannya, tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 12 huruf e juncto Pasal 83 ayat (1) huruf b Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Cipta Kerja, yang merupakan perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2013 tentang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Perusakan Hutan.

“Ancaman pidana maksimal 5 tahun penjara dan denda hingga Rp2,5 miliar,” jelasnya.

Polres Pelalawan juga telah menerbitkan laporan polisi dengan nomor LP/A/10/IV/2026. Dalam kasus ini, negara menjadi pihak yang dirugikan karena kerusakan hutan yang ditimbulkan.

Pihak kepolisian menegaskan akan terus mengembangkan kasus tersebut guna mengungkap jaringan pemasok dan pelaku utama dalam praktik illegal logging di Kabupaten Pelalawan.
